Local Government of Imus conducted a "Quarantine Supplies" project led by Jelyn Laosantos-Maliksi, wife of Mayor Emmanuel Maliksi. These people are those who got infected by COVID-19 virus, and those examined Patients Under Investigation (PUI) and Persons Under Monitoring (PUM).

The Quarantine Supplies include rice, bread, noodles, frozen food, canned goods, milk, and vegetables from Project Punla of their LGU.

Mayor Maliksi said that this project intends to give help to those residents with infected family members as they got isolated at home. As COVID-19 active cases continue to increase today, this project will also encourage the affected families to stay at home and avoid the proliferation of the virus.

He added; we reduce the chances of them going out and spreading more.

In times of pandemic, this project is part of giving and extending help to their citizens as infected individuals in Cavite are continuously increasing. Update of active cases with COVID-19 in Imus on April 15, 2021, reached 1035, 107 new cases were recorded, 615 are asymptomatic, 393 have mild symptoms, 20 are severe, 7 are in critical condition.

For quick response to the situation today, COVID-19 cases are continuously spreading across Cavite, Mayor Maliksi proposed a portal for efficient access and distribution of Relief.

Imuseño Families that registered in the portal on April 15, 2021, are 61, 708. Registration is still ongoing in the city of Imus to extend help and relief, especially to those affected families.

Mayor Maliksi also established hotlines for concerns of people who are having trouble accessing the portal for Help and Relief.
